It is very simple: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, no returns.

Physical merchandise sold here is fulfilled by Printful.com on an “on-demand” basis. No inventory is kept, and I am not responsible for their processes. So far they have had excellent performance and there should be no issues. However, life happens: If your item is damaged in transit, or other issues arise, contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue.

If something goes wrong with the download of an electronic book from this site only, contact me and we will work around the issue. I am not responsible for any issues on third-party sites (such as Amazon or Smashwords). If something goes wrong with the download of an electronic book from a third-party site, you will have to contact said third-party site directly and sort it out with them.
